Job summary

Leadout Capital seeks a Manager, Global P2C Innovation Readiness & Enablement to design and lead enterprise-wide training programs, aligning with business strategy. You will collaborate across Revenue Ops, DET, Field Readiness, Communications, and Change Management to deliver scalable enablement and change initiatives.

Expect executive-level communications, program governance, and AI-enabled content delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline such as Business Administration or Instructional Design.
7+ years developing and implementing training and/or change management strategies.
Experience with instructional design, adult learning principles, and mobile learning.
Proven track record leading enterprise-wide change initiatives focused on learning and enablement.

Responsibilities

Lead enablement strategy and plan for end-to-end training initiatives across multiple functions.
Collaborate with Revenue Operations and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and adoption.
Design messaging and training materials to build awareness and skills with stakeholders.
Manage end-to-end change management programs, mitigating risks and issues.
Create executive presentations, enablement offerings, and status reports.
Partner with Sales Enablement and Onboarding to align training with deal lifecycles.
