Job summary

Salesforce seeks an experienced Change Manager to lead Enterprise P2C change initiatives, guiding people-side change across multiple workstreams and AI-enabled initiatives. You will translate business needs into activation plans, measure adoption, and partner with stakeholders to ensure sustainable transformation.

In this role you’ll collaborate with PMO, DET and business stakeholders to integrate change into broader project plans, leverage AI insights for targeted activation, and drive adoption

Qualifications

• Proven collaboration across large, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management initiatives for medium to large-scale projects with AI-powered solutions.
• Translate business requirements into change impact assessments and controls.
• Identify stakeholders, establish channels, and socialize AI-enabled activation.
• Develop and execute change strategies leveraging AI insights to improve readiness.
• Drive cross-functional engagement and activate change champions with senior leaders.
• Collaborate with PMO, DET and stakeholders to integrate change into plans.
• Support metrics, measure adoption, sentiment, and ROI using analytics.
• Identify themes from feedback and drive continuous improvement.
