Responsibilities

• Lead change management for medium to large-scale P2C initiatives with AI-driven insights.
• Translate requirements into change impact assessments and activation plans.
• Identify stakeholders, build engagement channels, and drive adoption across teams.
• Develop metrics and dashboards to monitor readiness, engagement and ROI.
• Collaborate with PMO and business stakeholders to integrate change into project plans.
