Job summary
Lear Corporation is seeking an OT Program Enablement Manager to lead global program implementation across seating OT and related manufacturing functions. You will align manufacturing priorities with coordinated plans, readiness, and standards adoption, guiding the program enablement engineer and collaborating with the Sr.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of OT/industrial automation experience.
- Minimum 2 years of people leadership, project leadership, or program leadership.
- Experience coordinating manufacturing technology programs, deployment readiness, standards adoption, or governance.
- Strong understanding of industrial automation, OT cybersecurity, industrial networking, and manufacturing operations.
- Ability to lead cross-functional reviews and resolve competing business and operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Translate the OT roadmap into coordinated program plans, priorities, dependencies, and measures of progress.
- Coordinate the development, review, and adoption of OT standards and procedures with the responsible technical owners.
- Lead program readiness and governance reviews; coordinate design reviews with the Sr. IT-OT Architect and technical owners.
