Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in OT, industrial automation or related field.
• 2+ years in people or program leadership.
• Experience coordinating manufacturing technology programs.

Responsibilities

• Translate OT roadmap into actionable program plans.
• Lead program readiness, governance, and design reviews.
• Coach the program enablement engineer and coordinate with regional teams.
