Job summary

Lear Corporation seeks a seasoned OT Program Enablement Manager to translate manufacturing priorities into actionable plans and standards adoption across global plants. You will manage the program enablement engineer, align with IT-OT architecture, and drive deployment and sustainment in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Reporting to Global OT, you will coordinate readiness reviews, governance, and cross-functional reviews with IT, cybersecurity, and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in OT, industrial automation, manufacturing systems, controls engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of people leadership, project leadership, technical leadership, or program leadership experience.
• Experience coordinating manufacturing technology programs, deployment readiness, standards adoption, or governance processes.
• Strong understanding of industrial automation, OT cybersecurity, industrial networking, and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Translate OT roadmap into coordinated program plans, priorities, dependencies, and progress measures.
• Coordinate development, review, and adoption of OT standards and procedures with technical owners.
• Lead program readiness and governance reviews; coordinate design reviews with the Sr. IT-OT Architect and tech owners.
