Lear Corporation is seeking an experienced OT Program Enablement Manager to coordinate prerequisites, dependencies, and standards adoption across plants and regions. The role reports to the Director, Global OT and manages a program enablement engineer.

The position requires leadership across IT/OT interfaces, manufacturing engineering, IT, and cybersecurity, with 25-35% global travel and a focus on delivering implementable OT standards and readiness.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in OT, industrial automation, or related manufacturing discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of people leadership, project leadership, or program leadership experience.
• Experience coordinating manufacturing technology programs, deployment readiness, and standards adoption.

Responsabilidades

• Translate OT roadmap into coordinated program plans, priorities, dependencies, and measures of progress.
• Lead program readiness and governance reviews; coordinate design reviews with architects and owners.
• Define standards adoption and compliance review processes, including exceptions and remediation.
• Coordinate engineering deliverables, deployment prerequisites, training readiness, and handoff with regions/plants.
