Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of OT, industrial automation, or related experience.
- Minimum 2 years in people or project leadership.
- Experience coordinating manufacturing technology programs and governance.
- Strong understanding of OT cybersecurity and industrial networks.
Responsibilities
- Translate OT roadmap into coordinated program plans and measures.
- Coordinate adoption of OT standards with technical owners.
- Lead program readiness and governance reviews with architects and owners.
- Manage the program enablement engineer and cross-functional teams.
- Track risks, actions, and progress; report to Global OT leadership.
- Coordinate deployments and handoffs with regional plants.
