Job summary

Lear Corporation is seeking an OT Program Enablement Manager to translate plant priorities into coordinated, compliant implementation plans. You will lead a program enablement engineer, align with the Sr. IT-OT Architect on technical needs, and partner with Global OT to sustain deployment.

Travel 25-35% globally; role requires coordinating standards adoption and governance across multiple sites, with a focus on automation and cybersecurity within manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in OT, industrial automation, manufacturing systems, controls engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of people leadership, project leadership, technical leadership, or program leadership experience.
• Experience coordinating manufacturing technology programs, deployment readiness, standards adoption, or governance processes.
• Strong understanding of industrial automation, OT cybersecurity, industrial networking, and manufacturing operations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional reviews, communicate technical tradeoffs, and resolve competing business and operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Translate the OT roadmap into coordinated program plans, priorities, dependencies, and measures of progress.
• Coordinate the development, review, and adoption of OT standards and procedures with the responsible technical owners.
• Lead program readiness and governance reviews; coordinate design reviews with the Sr. IT-OT Architect and technical owners.
