Job summary

Lear Corporation is seeking an OT Program Enablement Manager to lead global program governance and readiness for the Global OT organization in a multi-site setting, including Louisville, KY. The role requires coordinating with IT, OT, cybersecurity, and manufacturing engineering to translate priorities into actionable plans.

The candidate will manage the program enablement engineer, collaborate with the Sr.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in OT, industrial automation, or related field.
Minimum 2 years in people leadership, project leadership, or program leadership.
Experience coordinating manufacturing technology programs, deployment readiness, or governance.
Strong understanding of OT cybersecurity, industrial networking, and manufacturing operations.
Ability to lead cross-functional reviews and balance competing needs.

Responsibilities

Translate OT roadmap into compliant program plans and measures.
Coordinate OT standards adoption with technical owners and governance.
Lead readiness reviews and design reviews with the architect and owners.
Manage and coach the program enablement engineer and ensure timely delivery.
Track risks, readiness gaps, and corrective actions, reporting to the Director, Global OT.
