Lear For You is seeking a senior leader to steer OT program enablement within Lear Seating's Global OT organization. You will translate manufacturing priorities into comprehensive implementation plans, align with the Sr.

IT-OT Architect for technical requirements, and drive deployment readiness and sustainment across plants and regions. The role requires coordinating with Global OT leadership, regional teams, IT and cybersecurity, and reports to the Director, Global OT.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in OT, industrial automation, manufacturing systems, or a related discipline.
