Job summary

Lear Corporation is seeking an OT Program Enablement Engineer to turn approved OT standards and program requirements into tested, reusable engineering solutions for Lear Seating's manufacturing operations.

The role reports to the Sr. Manager, OT Program Enablement, with travel up to 50% globally. You will develop implementation patterns, validation tools, and deployment readiness for repeatable plant deployments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in OT, industrial automation, manufacturing systems, controls engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of people leadership, project leadership, technical leadership, or program leadership experience.
• Experience coordinating manufacturing technology programs, deployment readiness, standards adoption, or governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Translate the OT roadmap into coordinated program plans, priorities, dependencies, and measures of progress.
• Coordinate solution evaluations against manufacturing needs, approved standards, deployment readiness, and supportability.
• Lead program readiness and governance reviews; coordinate design reviews with the Sr. IT-OT Architect and technical owners.
