Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in OT, industrial automation, or manufacturing systems.
• Experience coordinating programs, deployment readiness, or governance processes.
• Strong understanding of OT cybersecurity and industrial networking.

Responsibilities

• Translate OT roadmap into coordinated program plans and measures of progress.
• Lead readiness reviews and coordinate design reviews with technical owners.
• Define standards adoption and compliance review processes with documented exceptions.
