Evonik in New Jersey seeks an experienced customer service and logistics professional to oversee all Order-to-Cash processes for import, export, and domestic orders. You will coordinate inventory with global plants, work with customs brokers, and ensure timely delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in customer service/sales, SAP proficiency, and strong communication and decision-making skills. You’ll navigate regulatory requirements, use MS Dynamics and CRM tools, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 5+ years’ experience in Customer Service/Sales related function.
• Strong computer proficiency in SAP or related systems.
• Experience with IT-tools: Office, MS Dynamics, MS Teams, CRM; plant/warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Manages all Order-to-Cash processes for import, export, and domestic orders.
• Supports Europe customer service and supply chain & logistics teams.
• Works with Customs Brokers for import/export transactions.
• Manages product inventory and deliveries with logistics partners.
• Ensures service levels and timely deliveries; communicates with customers and suppliers.
• On-call travel may be necessary.
