Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related discipline.
• Associate degree with at least two years of relevant logistics experience.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing logistics, plant logistics, transportation, supply chain, or a related field.
• Experience working with SAP or a comparable ERP/MRP system.
• Experience coordinating transportation carriers, freight forwarders, or logistics providers.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Transportation & Shipment Scheduling: Coordinate daily shipments with carriers and providers.
• SAP & Logistics Execution: Create and manage deliveries in SAP; monitor shipment status.
• Carrier & Vendor Management: Serve as primary site contact; evaluate performance and costs.
• Shipping Documentation & Regulatory Compliance: Prepare bills of lading, docs, and compliance paperwork.
• Customer Service & Issue Resolution: Collaborate with CS, Production, Plant Management to resolve constraints.
• Continuous Improvement & Cost Management: Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve on-time delivery.
