Job summary

Evonik Industries AG is seeking a Logistics and Shipping Scheduler at our Wisconsin site. The role involves planning and executing shipments across domestic and international destinations, using SAP for deliveries and coordinating carriers, freight forwarders, and 3PLs to meet production and customer commitments.

You will work closely with Customer Service, Production, Plant Management and Planning to resolve shipment constraints, optimize loads, and maintain on-time delivery while controlling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in manufacturing logistics or related field.
• Experience with SAP or ERP/MRP systems and coordinating transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipments with carriers, 3PLs, and freight providers.
• Create and manage deliveries in SAP, including stock transfer orders.
• Consolidate shipments and optimize loads to reduce costs.
• Monitor delivery performance to ensure on-time shipment execution.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Production, Plant Management and Planning.
• Identify opportunities to improve transportation efficiency and reduce detentions.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related discipline

Associate degree with at least two years of relevant logistics experience
