Evonik Industries AG seeks a Service and Support Specialist for full-time roles at Allentown, PA and Piscataway, NJ. You will manage end-to-end order-to-cash processes, support supply/demand for multiple locations, and coordinate shipments with carriers and warehouses.

The role requires 5+ years in customer service or sales, strong SAP skills, and proficiency with MS Office, MS Dynamics, CRM tools. Some domestic/international travel and on-call duties may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 5+ years' experience in Customer Service/Sales related function.
• Strong computer proficiency in SAP or related systems.
• Experience with Office package, MS Dynamics, MS Teams, CRM and other IT tools.

Responsabilités

• Manages all Order-to-Cash processes for import, export, and domestic orders.
• Supports supply and demand processes for off-line locations and coordinates shipping documentation.
• Monitors import/export and domestic shipment dates for customer and inventory replenishment.
• Provides support to Europe customer service and supply chain & logistics teams for order processing.
• Communicates with customers, carriers, and suppliers to resolve delivery issues and ensure service levels.
