Job summary

Ellab in Denver, CO is seeking an Order Processing Specialist to join our team and support ordering, shipping, receiving, and related logistics within our ISO 9001 framework.

You will collaborate with US Accounting, Sales, Service, Calibration, Rental, Logistics, and Marketing teams, manage ERP entries, coordinate with global vendors, and ensure timely, accurate orders for clients while balancing occasional travel and after-hours requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Extremely strong, proven attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide client order support and updates on orders.
• Enter sales orders into ERP and maintain records.
• Coordinate inside sales orders with Danish manufacturing and global vendors.
• Mailing/Shipping/Receiving and related communications.
• Verify accuracy of quotes and resolve issues with sales.
• Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
• Plan and monitor inbound and outbound deliveries.
• Assist with internal audits and adherence to import/export procedures.
