Job summary

Ellab seeks an Order Processing Specialist to join our team in Denver, CO. You will be responsible for order processing, shipping, receiving, and related logistics within our ISO 9001 framework, coordinating with Danish and US teams.

The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and attention to detail. Normal hours are 8 AM–5 PM, with occasional off-hours and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills for a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Extremely strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with office machines.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Client order support: update clients on orders or issues as needed.
• Enter sales orders into ERP and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate inside sales orders with Danish manufacturing and global vendors.
• Mailing, shipping, receiving and related communications with teams and clients.
• Verify accuracy of quotes and resolve issues with the sales team.
• Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
• Plan and monitor inbound and outbound deliveries.
• Assist with audits and adherence to import/export procedures.
