Job summary

Haliburton International is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to manage ERP-driven processing of shipments and receipts and coordinate with procurement, inventory control, and accounting to reconcile stock and fulfill orders.

The role emphasizes accuracy, daily workflow coordination with warehouse staff, and maintaining records, while supporting internal customers and ensuring compliance with HACCP, SOP, GMP, and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
• 1–2 years shipping/receiving experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Inventory control experience preferred; ERP systems experience required.
• Proficiency with Excel and Outlook; ability to handle data entry and internet-based apps.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication; problem solving and organization.
• Knowledge of GMP/HACCP policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments and receipts through ERP; coordinate with purchasing, inventory, and accounting.
• Prepare and verify BOL/POD and warehouse documents; update ERP records timely.
• Coordinate outbound orders and schedule pickers for efficient workflow.
• Maintain daily outbound order tracker and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Handle driver check-in and follow up on late deliveries or pickups.
• Generate daily shipment reports for management and stakeholders.
• Comply with HACCP, SOP, GMP and PPE safety requirements.
