Job summary

Ellab seeks an Order Processing Specialist to join our team in Denver, CO. You will be responsible for order processing, shipping, receiving, and related logistics within our ISO 9001 framework, coordinating with Danish and US teams.

The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and attention to detail. Normal hours are 8 AM–5 PM, with occasional off-hours and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Verify accuracy of quotes and resolve issues with the sales team.
• Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
• Plan and monitor inbound and outbound deliveries.
• Assist with audits and adherence to import/export procedures.

Job Brief

The Order Processing Specialist is responsible for ordering, shipping, receiving, and other associated logistical functions detailed below. These tasks are to be accomplished within an ISO 9001 Quality System.

The position will primarily work during normal business hours of 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, but may require occasional off-hours and weekend work, and travel.

The goal of the Order Processing Specialist is to ensure that all clients receive accurate orders within their time constraints. To accomplish this goal the position will be required to maintain direct communication with the Danish Headquarters, as well as US Accounting, Sales, Service, Calibration, Rental, Thermocouple, Logistics & Marketing teams.

Responsibilities

The Order Processing Specialist is responsible for:

• Client order support (communicating directly with the client as necessary for updates on orders or issues).
• Entering sales orders into the ERP system (maintain accurate records).
• Coordinating inside sales orders with Danish manufacturing team and various global vendors.
• Mailing/Shipping/Receiving and associated communication with applicable teams and clients.
• Verifying accuracy of sales team quotes, work out any issues directly with sales team.
• Managing inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
• Planning/Monitoring inbound and outgoing deliveries.
• Assisting with conducting internal audits and assessment of business activities for adherence to import/export procedures throughout the business lifecycle.
