Job summary

Epic is seeking an Operations Center Technician to help maintain business continuity across its campuses. You will monitor real-time alerts, manage access and security systems, and oversee building operations from the Facilities Command Center.

You will identify issues via video feeds and system data and coordinate emergency responses for disruptions such as natural disasters or power outages. Relocation assistance is available to Madison, WI area.

Qualifications

• Strong situational awareness and decision-making.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, real-time environment.
• Experience or interest in security operations, emergency response, or a related field.
• Open to 2nd and 3rd shift and weekends.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (relocation assistance available).
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities
