Job summary

Epic is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and provides relocation assistance to the Madison area. As an Operations Center Technician, you will monitor real-time alerts, manage access and security systems, and oversee building operations from the Facilities Command Center to maintain business continuity across Epic's campuses.

Qualifications

• Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, real-time environment.
• Experience or interest in security operations or related field.
• Willingness to work 2nd/3rd shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
