Job summary

Epic is seeking an Operations Center Technician to help maintain business continuity across its global campuses. You will monitor real-time alerts, manage access and security systems, and oversee building operations from the Facilities Command Center.

Expect to respond to issues via video feeds and system data, coordinating emergency responses with internal teams and emergency services. Relocation to the Madison, WI area is provided with assistance.

Qualifications

• Must have strong situational awareness and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work in a high‑pressure, real‑time environment.
• Experience or interest in security operations or emergency response.
• Willingness to work 2nd/3rd shift and weekends.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to Madison, WI; relocation assistance available.
• COVID-19 vaccination required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time alerts and manage access and security systems from Epic's Facilities Command Center.
• Identify and respond to issues using video feeds and system data.
• Coordinate emergency responses with internal teams and emergency services.
• Help restore normal operations quickly and effectively across Epic's campuses.
