Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a strategic operations professional to ensure the East Coast product lines run smoothly and efficiently. You will work with supply chain, manufacturing, quality, deployments and finance to identify issues, design improvements, and drive fast, accurate execution across hardware programs.

You will develop dashboards, track metrics, automate reporting, and support leadership with KPI development and regional readiness for expansion. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in Defense, Engineering, Technology or Finance with a focus on Project Management, Operations and Analytics.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Strong bias for execution and ownership across multiple regions and teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the US East Coast Product Lines health, ensuring processes and systems support production.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Deployments and Finance to improve buy, make, and deploy workflows.
• Oversee funnel of enhancement requests, prioritize, track status, and coordinate implementation.
