Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an operations-focused professional to manage the US East Coast Product Lines health, collaborating with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Deployments and Finance to optimize how hardware is bought, built, and deployed. You will build data dashboards, drive KPI development, and document SOPs while coordinating cross‑regional initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in Defense, Engineering, Technology or Finance with a focus on Project Management, Operations and Analytics
• Insanely high execution bar, able to move projects from conception to completion
• Ability to create analysis to influence operational decisions

Responsibilities

• Manage US East Coast Product Lines health and be the voice of the customer to HQ operations
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Deployments and Finance to improve buy/make/deploy processes
• Manage the funnel of system/process enhancement requests and coordinate with product teams
• Build dashboards, track metrics, monitor health scores and develop KPIs for leadership reporting
• Document workflows and SOPs, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness of documents
• Assess readiness of new regions/countries for expansion and identify gaps
• Travel to Anduril product line locations roughly 25% of the time
