Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Strategic Global Operations professional to ensure the US East Coast Product Lines are healthy and well-supported by processes and systems. You will work with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Deployments, and Finance to quickly and accurately buy, make, and deploy hardware.

You will build dashboards, monitor health scores, and prepare data-driven leadership reports, while documenting workflows and SOPs for broader teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in Defense, Engineering, Technology or Finance with a focus on Project Management, Operations and Analytics.
• Insanely high execution bar and ability to drive projects from conception to completion.
• Ability to generate key analyses to influence operational decisions.
• Experience shaping business systems requirements and partnering with Corporate Technology teams.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the US East Coast Product Lines health and support production systems.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Deployments and Finance to improve buy, make, and deploy processes.
• Oversee funnel of system and process enhancement requests and coordinate with product teams.
• Build dashboards, track metrics, and refine KPI reporting for leadership.
• Document workflows and SOPs and validate their accuracy and effectiveness.
• Shape strategic operations view and prioritize projects with cross-functional input.
• Coordinate data gathering, issue identification, and action tracking for business reviews.
• Assess readiness of new regions for expansion and identify performance gaps.
