Job summary

Anduril Industries, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Global Operations professional to own the health of US East Coast Product Lines, partnering with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Deployments, and Finance to improve buy/make/deploy of hardware.

You will build dashboards, track KPIs, document SOPs, prioritize enhancement requests, and travel ~25% to product line locations, supporting leadership with data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in Defense, Engineering, Technology or Finance with a focus on Project Management, Operations and Analytics
• You have an insanely high execution bar and will see projects through from conception to tactical completion
• You’ll use qualitative and quantitative skills to create key analysis to influence operational decisions
• You have product taste and can shape business system requirements with partners on workflows
• You have a knack for process and understand how operation parts string together
• You’ll communicate across teams to achieve cross-functional outcomes

Responsibilities

• Manage the US East Coast Product Lines health, ensuring processes and systems support production
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Deployments and Finance to identify problems and implement processes
• Manage the funnel of system and process enhancement requests, prioritize and coordinate with product teams
• Build dashboards and track operational metrics; monitor health scores and refine KPI reporting for leadership
• Document process workflows and SOPs with cross-team validation
• Develop and apply strategic operations viewpoint to decide which projects to pursue
• Gather data, prepare review materials, and track action items for business reviews
• Assess readiness of new regions for expansion and benchmark performance across regions
• Travel to product line locations approx. 25% of the time
