Qualifications

• 3-5 years in Defense, Engineering, Technology or Finance with focus on Project Management, Operations and Analytics.
• High execution bar; drive projects from conception to completion.
• Use qualitative and quantitative analyses to influence operational decisions.
• Shape business systems requirements and partner with Corporate Technology teams.
• Identify and connect elements of the operation across functions.
• Communicate across teams and regions to achieve cross-functional outcomes.
• People-centric problem solving with ownership and humility.
• Be curious and creative; dive into operational processes and systems.
• Anticipate cross-functional issues and propose solutions.
• Highly organized with strong analytical skills and collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage the US East Coast Product Lines health and be the voice of the customer back to HQ operation teams.
• Work with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Deployments and Finance to improve buy, make, and deploy processes.
• Oversee the funnel of system/process improvement requests; prioritize and coordinate with product teams.
• Build dashboards; track metrics; monitor health scores; refine KPI reporting for leadership decisions.
• Document workflows and SOPs; validate accuracy with broader teams.
• Contribute strategic operations viewpoint to decide which projects to pursue.
• Gather data, prepare review materials, coordinate across regional teams; track action items.
• Assess readiness of new regions for expansion; benchmark performance and identify gaps.
• Travel to Anduril product line locations ~25% of the time.
