Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Manager of Deployment Operations in Ashville, OH to design and lead global deployment strategies, scaling teams, and delivering mission-focused results. You will partner across Logistics, Hardware, Technical Operations, and Growth to ensure successful field deployments.

You will mentor managers, drive operational excellence, and implement tools that improve efficiency and data quality, while aligning with strategic objectives and security requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in operations, global logistics, supply chain or complex program management with international experience and 3+ years leading managers.
• Proven strategic leadership in scalable, high-stakes projects in manufacturing/hardware/defense environments.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, engage stakeholders, and achieve mission objectives.
• Strong organizational, planning and workload balancing across multiple functions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for senior leadership and government interactions.
• Experience deploying and integrating enterprise systems to drive digital transformation in operations.
• Ability to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale Deployment Operations across divisions and business lines.
• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for Deployment Operations.
• Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing Deployment Operations team.
• Foster a collaborative, mission-focused culture and accountability.
• Oversee global deployment strategy and resource allocation with senior leadership.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal partners and external customers.
• Serve as the primary liaison for deployment status, issues, and escalations.
• Champion new tools and methodologies to streamline logistics and field operations.
• Evaluate processes and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
