Whatnot is seeking a Company Operations Manager to design and run operating rhythms and cross-functional initiatives across markets. You will partner with leadership to drive strategic programs and ensure execution against aggressive goals.

The role emphasizes building tools, codifying decision rights, and delivering fast, impact-driven outcomes with AI-enabled approaches across Product, Engineering, and Ops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
• 5-7+ years in consulting, finance, or fast-growing startups.
• Experience designing and running operating processes (planning cycles, reviews, OKRs).

Responsibilities

• Own company planning and OKR cycles.
• Build tooling for progress visibility and key metrics.
• Map and codify decision rights across functions/countries.
• Remove friction and improve day-to-day operations.
• Ensure delivery of high-impact initiatives end-to-end.
