Whatnot seeks a Company Operations Manager to lead planning cycles, OKRs, and cross-functional execution across markets. You will partner with leadership to build dashboards, track progress, and ensure timely decision-making.

The role requires shaping operating cadence, removing bottlenecks, and delivering high-impact improvements while enabling product and operations teams to execute with speed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
• 5–7+ years in consulting, investment banking/private equity, or a fast-growing startup.
• Experience designing and running planning cycles, reviews, OKRs, and metrics.
• Ability to move quickly with minimal structure and guidance.
• Curious to learn different business areas and pull levers for growth.
• Fluency with AI tools to improve analysis and execution.

Responsibilities

• Run the company's operating rhythm: own core planning and OKR cycles, business reviews across functions and markets.
• Build tooling to provide a single source of truth for tracking progress and blockers.
• Map decision rights across functions and codify decision processes.
• Remove friction by improving processes and introducing AI-enabled tooling.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to drive high-impact outcomes.
