Job summary

Whatnot is seeking a Company Operations Manager / Senior Manager to shape how we plan, decide, and execute across functions and markets. You will run core operating rhythms, OKRs, and cross-functional reviews with scale in mind.

You will build tools to track progress, map decision rights, and remove bottlenecks while driving AI-enabled process improvements. This role partners with Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure we deliver the best experience for buyers and sellers.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years experience in consulting, investment banking/private equity, or a fast-growing startup.
• Experience designing and running operating processes (planning cycles, reviews, OKRs, metric standardization).
• Ability to move fast with limited structure and guidance.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional influence.
• Fluency in using AI tools to enhance problem-solving and execution.

Responsibilities

• Own core operating rhythms: planning, OKR cycles, and business reviews across functions and international markets.
• Build execution visibility with tooling to track progress against aggressive goals and blockers.
• Map decision rights across functions and countries and stand up review forums.
• Identify friction points and streamline processes, rollout AI-enabled tooling.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure the company works on high-impact priorities and resolves issues end-to-end.
