FutureFit AI is seeking a Manager, Strategy & Operations to join our Strategy & Operations team. You will be the operating backbone of the leadership team, running the rhythm that keeps the company aligned, ensuring numbers are trusted, and owning contract and risk operations to move fast without dropping anything.

This is a roll-up-your-sleeves role with broad operating cadence, tracking, and administration.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in business operations, strategy and operations, strategic finance, or consulting.
• Comfort with numbers: you can work from financial and operating metrics, spot what needs leadership attention, and flag it clearly.
• Clear written and verbal communication: you can brief outside counsel, prepare an executive pre-read, and explain a tradeoff to a non-specialist.
• High attention to detail across many moving parts, including trackers, calendars, repositories, and records.
• Bonus points for exposure to contract or legal operations, board/reporting experience, Carta/cap table familiarity, and building lightweight systems from scratch.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the operating cadence of the leadership and executive teams, prep agendas and pre-reads, and coordinate investor materials.
• Maintain company metrics, OKR tracking, tools inventory, licensing, risk register, and compliance calendar.
• Handle NDAs and standard agreements on a first pass, route non-standard items to outside counsel, and maintain the contract repository and obligations tracker.
• Take on scoped strategic projects, frame options, and recommend paths to leadership decisions.
