Job summary

Whatnot is seeking an experienced Product Manager, International Growth to lead strategy and execution for non-US markets. You will own the growth roadmap across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention, building a standardized buyer and seller experience across geos while scaling a repeatable playbook beyond the lead markets.

You will partner with teams across the company to unlock growth in international markets, with the goal of growing international into a multi-billion dollar,

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in growth or similar roles.
• Proven track record driving growth in high-velocity consumer product or marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Own the international growth vision and roadmap across markets.
• Identify high-leverage opportunities to unlock growth and reduce friction.
• Champion hub-and-spoke model for international with scalable foundations.
• Own metrics and country scorecards to guide prioritization.
• Design experiments with Data Science and UXR to validate bets.
• Translate regional insights into scalable, productized playbooks.
