Job summary

FP Movement is seeking a Lead for Operations to drive end-to-end process design from product insight to post-consumer operations. You will influence across Design, Development, Product and Merchandising, Marketing and Strategy to optimize global supply chain processes and implement scalable operating models.

The role emphasizes building dashboards, leveraging data and AI, and delivering executive-ready materials to shape strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in management consulting, sales or merchandising operations, business strategy, or corporate advisory
• MBA or 3 years of MBA experience is acceptable

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation, evolution, and execution of the global operations calendar across sourcing, design, merchandising, marketing and sales
• Partner with heads of Product, Sourcing and Design to define product creation calendars for different lines/speeds
• Oversee operational processes to ensure speed and efficiency to market
• Collaborate with Product, Merchandising, Sales and Marketing to design Go to Market processes, calendars, and milestones
• Identify and pursue opportunities for process improvement, agility, and innovation across calendars
• Develop tools to combine human capacity planning across business units
• Act as the team’s data and AI champion, driving analytics and automation where relevant
• Design dashboards and performance metrics linking process to objectives
• Build executive-level materials summarizing process performance and opportunities
