Job summary

Sharecare invites a Manager of Global Central Operations to lead global partner engagement and drive operational excellence. This role emphasizes strong partnerships, work quality, and long- and short-term planning across international teams.

You will help establish SLAs, monthly targets, and workforce management, while coordinating with onshore Central Operations and senior leadership to align workflows and optimize performance. This is a remote, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum 5 years’ Medical Records experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year management experience or 2 years lead experience preferred.
• Experience with management applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, CRM, Power BI, and Workday.
• CRIS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Global partners’ leadership teams and global trainers to become SMEs.
• Deliver feedback and provide direction to Global partners to meet SLAs.
• Communicate updates to internal initiatives, procedures, and policies.
• Assist documentation buildout and organization.
• Ensure workflows align with SOPs across global DC/QC teams.
• Support change management initiatives and policy oversight.
