Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in an Operations-related field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Lean Manufacturing).
• Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
• Internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing, operations, or supply chain environment.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute rotational assignments across operations functions.
• Meet performance goals on schedule, within budget, with quality standards.
