Siemens Healthineers is seeking candidates for the Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP), a two-year, on-site program with three eight-month rotations across global factory sites. You will rotate through multiple functions and gain hands-on leadership experience in a dynamic, matrixed environment.

You will be mentored by a team of innovators, build a broad internal and external network, and develop skills in supply chain elements, while preparing for future leadership roles.

Qualifications

• BS/BA – Operations/Materials Management, required to graduate on time.
• Graduation by start date: must be Dec 2026 or May 2027.
• Recommended minimum GPA: 3.0
• Work Authorization: Permanent US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Two-year, on-site program with three rotations across factory sites.
• Mentored by a Program Director and Rotational Managers; develop broad internal/external networks.
