Job summary

Xylem's Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) is a three-year, multi-rotation track designed to grow future leaders in operations and supply chain. Graduates gain hands-on experience through three one-year assignments, spanning areas like lean manufacturing, planning, procurement, logistics, and supplier management.

Participants receive leadership training, mentorship, and exposure to cross-functional teams, with opportunities for certifications and career growth within Xylem's global

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an operations-related field and GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.
• Internship or co-op experience in manufacturing, operations or supply chain.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and leadership potential.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision making.
• Commitment to a career in Operations, Procurement or Supply Chain.
• Teamwork and ability to lead and work effectively in teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute rotational assignments across operations and procurement-supply chain.
• Achieve performance goals within schedule and budget with high quality.
• Engage in training and leadership development programs.
