Job summary

Tolmar's Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) is a two‑year, four‑rotation development track for new grads. You’ll rotate across Manufacturing, Engineering, MS&T, and Quality, doing hands‑on work and leadership exposure to build operational leadership skills.

Associates work on projects to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and business performance while developing technical and leadership abilities for future Tolmar leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field required.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• internship/leadership/supervision experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose practical solutions.
• Volunteer for challenging tasks beyond responsibilities and deliver results.
• Support process improvements in manufacturing and operations.
• Participate in leadership training and stretch assignments.
• Enhance technical writing via deviation reports, change controls, and SOPs.
• Support troubleshooting activities in Engineering and Maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive improvements.
• Apply Lean concepts and lead improvement projects.
• Use basic statistics for data trending and problem solving.
• Ensure compliance with drug and device regulations (USP, ICH, FDA).
• Complete a supervisory rotation focusing on safety, quality, and HR policies.
• Model high ethical standards and accountable behavior.
• Promote a respectful, harassment‑free workplace.
• Follow Tolmar training programs and Code of Conduct.
• Be adaptable, eager to learn, and willing to take on more duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
