Job summary

Siemens Healthineers AG offers the Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP), a two-year, on-site program with three eight-month rotations across factory sites. Participants gain leadership exposure, mentorship, and a broad network within Supply Chain.

From day one you will be mentored by a team of innovators and engage in workshops to develop core process elements of Supply Chain, preparing you for future leadership roles. Start date: late June 2027.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Operations/Materials Management or related fields.
• Graduation by program start date (Dec 2026 or May 2027).
• Permanent US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three rotations across factory sites and rotations are on-site.
• Engage in learning workshops and training in Supply Chain to build core process knowledge.
• Network with stakeholders and mentors across the organization.
• Travel readiness for short-term international deployment as needed.
