Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years' experience in Business Operations/Practice Management in a large law firm.
• J.D. and experience as an attorney in a large law firm preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Well-rounded and versatile — a skilled, adaptable facilitator across multiple Business Operations teams.
• Proficient with Word, Outlook and Excel; able to learn new tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational and strategic aspects of the business with leaders and teams.
• Identify needs and opportunities across Industry Groups and Practice Groups.
• Oversee budgeting processes for the Business Operations function.
• Assist with Practice optimization to improve efficiency of operations.
• Support cross-functional processes and maintain firm reminders to Partners.
• Provide general operational support across Industry Groups, Practice Groups, and Practice Areas.
