Job summary

Goodwin Procter is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst / Product Owner to support an enterprise-wide program transforming how legal services are delivered. You will bridge business strategy, user needs, and technology delivery, translating complex challenges into scalable, value-driven solutions.

You will partner with leadership, designers, engineers, and data teams to define roadmaps, manage backlogs, write requirements and acceptance criteria, and drive adoption across the firm.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of cross-functional technology product delivery experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field.
• Experience delivering complex, cross-functional technology products.
• Strong Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into product roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Own backlogs and define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead stakeholder workshops, process mapping, and requirement gathering.
• Coordinate with designers, engineers, data teams, and partners.
• Lead sprint planning, demos, testing, and retrospectives.
• Support change management and adoption activities.
