Goodwin Procter LLP is seeking a forward-thinking Paralegal Manager to evolve paralegal services with technology-enabled workflows and data-driven staffing decisions. You will lead a team of paralegals and case assistants, partner with TIL attorneys and leadership, and drive continuous improvement across knowledge sharing and service delivery.

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree/certification a plus.
• Proven success leading process improvement initiatives in a legal environment.
• Experience driving adoption of legal technology and AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong project and change management skills with practical outcomes.
• Ability to translate feedback and data into actionable changes for service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead workflow transformation by identifying friction and partnering with attorneys, paralegals, tech teams and firm resources to reinvent work assignment and support.
• Drive adoption of firm technology and AI tools by identifying high‑value use cases and embedding practices into daily workflows.
• Evaluate opportunities for automation, standardization, and knowledge sharing to reduce manual effort and manage risk.
• Build relationships with TIL leaders and stakeholders to align practice priorities with client needs.
• Translate stakeholder feedback into staffing, training, and workforce plans.
• Oversee staffing and workload allocation across offices to balance capacity and performance.
• Monitor productivity and demand to inform workforce planning.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback; support development and succession planning.
