Job summary

The role requires a JD, at least 5 years in a legal talent role, and strong coaching and advisory capabilities. Expect cross-functional collaboration, data-informed decisions, and opportunities to influence
Qualifications
- JD strongly preferred and admitted to the bar.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a large law firm.
- Experience in legal staffing, workforce planning, or attorney development is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities
- For assigned Attorneys, manage day-to-day development, performance, and engagement.
- Lead onboarding to ensure seamless integration into the firm’s culture and workflows.
- Coordinate staffing with matter teams to align skills with client work and priorities.
- Develop and monitor attorney development plans, performance evaluations, and career progression.
