Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC's Starlink Growth team seeks a Global Operations Engineer to drive data-driven improvements across customer experience, logistics, and more. You will identify issues, build scalable solutions, and partner with cross-functional teams to support growth and profitability.

Responsibilities include process mapping, root-cause analysis, developing tracking tools, and documenting best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, or STEM field.
• 2+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, manufacturing, and/or consulting.
• 2+ years of experience with Excel, SQL, and Python.

Responsibilities

• Improve self-service and scale processes across multiple teams using lean methods.
• Identify engineering and operational issues, determine root causes and implement solutions.
• Develop and maintain data analysis tools to track performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to create effective feedback loops.
• Support project prioritization and resource allocation with leadership.
• Manage projects and meet aggressive timelines with clear communication.
• Assist in product/process rollouts and create educational materials.
• Codify knowledge and keep documentation current.
• Demonstrate ownership and a bias for action with scalable solutions.
