Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Global Operations Engineer (Starlink) to own high-impact initiatives end-to-end, translating data into strategic decisions that drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

You will design lean data frameworks, partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to prioritize work, remove blockers, and deliver scalable, repeatable solutions across logistics, finance, and customer operations. Extended hours and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, or STEM field.
• 5+ years of operations/process improvement/consulting experience.
• 3+ years of Excel, SQL, and Python experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end process improvement initiatives and scale self-service.
• Identify defects, root causes, and implement preventative systems.
• Design lean data frameworks surfacing signals across the journey.
• Partner with leadership to prioritize work and allocate resources.
• Lead complex projects with aggressive timelines and blockers removal.
• Lead design reviews with cross-functional teams to move needle.
• Establish living knowledge systems, codify best practices, keep docs lean.
