Qualifications

• 2+ years with Excel, SQL, and Python.

Responsibilities

• Apply process improvement methodologies to improve self‑service, accelerate resolution, and scale processes across teams.
• Identify issues, determine root causes, and develop mitigation and long‑term improvements.
• Develop and maintain data analysis and tracking tools to monitor performance.
