Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Texas leads Starlink initiatives to deploy the world’s leading broadband system. We seek a Global Operations Engineer to drive process improvements, scale operations, and improve customer experience through data-driven decisions.

You will analyze data, coordinate with design, engineering, logistics, sales, and analytics, and own initiatives from planning through rollout while meeting ambitious timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, or STEM field.
• 2+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, manufacturing, or consulting.
• 2+ years of experience with Excel, SQL, and Python.

Responsibilities

• Apply process improvement methodologies to improve self-service, reduce resolution time, and scale processes across teams.
• Identify engineering and operational issues, determine root causes, and develop scalable solutions.
• Develop and maintain data analysis and tracking tools to monitor customer experience and internal performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to create effective feedback loops.
• Support project prioritization, resource allocation, and sustainability of solutions.
• Manage projects and communicate progress to stakeholders on aggressive timelines.
• Partner on new product, feature, and process rollouts and document best practices.
• Codify knowledge and maintain current documentation for internal systems.
• Demonstrate ownership, bias for action, and a focus on practical scalable solutions.
